IoT vibration monitoring, built in-house

Sensored is our own monitoring hardware and dashboard. Sensors mounted on the asset sample vibration at up to 26.7 kHz, extract band energies on the device, and send them to a UAE-hosted platform where alert thresholds are set per asset and per failure mode. We designed the boards, we write the analysis, and we commission the installations ourselves.

From sensor to work order

Deploy

Sensors are mounted directly on the asset: rail sleepers, pump bearings, pipeline supports, crane gearboxes. The enclosures are IP65 rated and run from minus 20 to plus 70 degrees Celsius, which covers a Gulf summer with margin to spare.

Transmit

Band features and transient events go out over WiFi or cellular to UAE-hosted infrastructure. Everything is also written to a local SD card, so a dropped link costs you latency rather than data.

Decide

An alert tells your team which frequency band moved, by how much against that sensor's own baseline, and for how long. Trends are kept per asset, so a slow drift is visible before it crosses a threshold.

The Sensored dashboard

The dashboard is written for the people who do the maintenance. It shows the waveform and the spectrum, the band energies behind an alert, and how far the current reading sits from that asset's own baseline. It will not reduce a machine to a single traffic light.

Alerts are only useful where the maintenance work is already planned, so Sensored is built to feed the systems you run today. There is a REST API for CMMS and ERP platforms, gateway support for SCADA, and OPC-UA for industrial protocol environments. We build the integration and leave your workflows alone.
