1. Scope
This notice describes how PRAXIS Management Consultancy LLC (“PRAXIS”, “we”) handles personal data submitted through praxisam.com. It does not cover data handled under a separate commercial engagement; those engagements are governed by their own contractual terms.
2. Data we collect
We collect personal data through this site only when you submit it through one of two forms.
The contact form:
- Name
- Organisation and role
- Email address
- Telephone number (optional)
- Industry interest (optional)
- Message content
The product registration form, used before opening a Keystone product demo or studio:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company name
- Telephone number (optional)
- Which product you registered for
- Whether you accepted the Terms of Use, and whether you opted in to marketing email
With each submission we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We keep these to protect the forms against abuse and to evidence the consent you gave.
After you register, this site stores a small flag in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked to register again on the same device. It contains no personal data, never leaves your browser, and you can remove it by clearing your browser’s site data.
We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
3. Lawful basis
We process contact and registration data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to your enquiry, setting up the product access you asked for, and protecting the site against abuse — and, where a subsequent commercial relationship is established, on the basis of contractual necessity.
Marketing email is different: we send our newsletter and product or marketing updates only if you ticked the opt-in box on the registration form. That processing rests on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time — every such email carries an unsubscribe route, or you can simply write to sales@praxisam.com. Withdrawing consent stops marketing email; it does not affect a product registration or any ongoing engagement.
4. Storage and retention
Submissions are stored on infrastructure we operate in the United Arab Emirates. Contact messages and product registrations that do not lead to a commercial engagement are retained for twelve months and then deleted. Submissions that lead to an engagement are retained for the duration of that engagement plus twelve months, consistent with our professional records obligations.
If you opted in to marketing email, we keep your name, email address and the record of that consent until you withdraw it. The record of an accepted Terms of Use is kept for as long as the related registration.
5. Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal data with third parties. Two kinds of third-party transit exist:
- Email transport. Replies to you, and the internal notification we send ourselves when you register, travel over a standard SMTP email provider like any other email.
- Web fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers and, in doing so, discloses your IP address to Google the way any web request does. No form data is involved.
6. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw a consent you have given, including the marketing opt-in. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@praxisam.com stating your request. We respond to validated requests within thirty days.
7. Updates
We update this policy when our practices or the applicable law change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
