PRAXIS Management Consultancy was founded in Abu Dhabi with a single conviction: that better data leads to better infrastructure decisions. We are an asset management consultancy that builds the technology to back up our advice — from IoT sensors that capture vibration data in the field, to analytics platforms that turn that data into maintenance strategy.
Our team brings more than 15 years of combined experience across rail, utilities, oil and gas, and logistics (ports and airports) in the GCC. We work with transport authorities, utility operators, energy companies, and logistics operators to protect the assets their operations depend on.
Too much infrastructure data in the GCC sits in spreadsheets — or isn't collected at all. We believe every critical asset should be monitored, every risk should be quantified, and every maintenance decision should be data-driven. That's not a tagline. It's why we built Sensored, and it's why our advisory work always starts with the data.

Active and completed engagements across the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), with additional project experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, and the State of Qatar. Sensored-instrumented assets are hosted exclusively on UAE-based cloud infrastructure regardless of deployment geography.
