Asset Management Consultancy

Safeguarding the assets that power the Gulf.

We are an asset management consultancy based in Abu Dhabi. We advise rail, utilities, oil and gas, and logistics operators across the GCC on how to maintain what they own, and we build the monitoring hardware and software that tells them when something is changing.

The four sectors we work in.

Modern Gulf railway corridor curving through arid terrain

Rail

Asset lifecycle planning, risk-based maintenance strategy, and track condition monitoring for railway networks and new-build handovers.

Modern water treatment facility with sedimentation basins

Utilities

Risk-based investment planning, security of supply modelling, and ISO 55001 asset systems for water, power and wastewater networks.

Modern oil and gas processing installation at dusk

Oil & Gas

Asset investment planning, risk-based inspection, pipeline integrity, and vibration monitoring for upstream and downstream facilities.

Logistics

Asset strategy, CMMS implementation, and equipment health monitoring for ports, container terminals, and airport ground operations.

Continuous track condition monitoring

  • Challenge: Track was inspected on a fixed walk-through cycle. Anything that began degrading the week after an inspection stayed invisible until the next one. Under Gulf summer temperatures, sleeper voiding and ballast migration can develop well inside that window.
  • Approach: We installed continuous vibration monitoring on a priority corridor segment and recorded a multi-week baseline before any alert was switched on. Thresholds were then tuned against real track behaviour through the first operating quarter. Alerts arrive in the operator's own maintenance system as work items, so nothing depends on someone remembering to open a separate dashboard.
  • Result: Defects on the monitored segment are now picked up between inspection cycles instead of waiting for the next walk-through. Each alert states which frequency band moved and how far it sits from that sensor's own baseline, which gives the engineering team something to act on rather than a colour on a screen.

What we do

Most consultancies stop at the report. We also build the instruments that produce the measurements behind it, which means a recommendation can be checked against data from your own assets rather than an industry average.

01

Advisory

Asset management strategy, risk assessment, and investment planning. We work to the ISO 55000 series and to the standards that apply in your sector, alongside the regulatory requirements you already answer to in the UAE and the wider GCC.

02

Our products

Sensored is our IoT vibration monitoring hardware and dashboard. Keystone is our software line for small operators, from railways to utilities and ports: Keystone Asset for the register and the maintenance work, Keystone RISKSYS for network reliability and renewal priority, and Keystone Horizon, in development, for investment planning. We wrote all of it, so we can fit it to how a client actually works.

03

Staying involved

We do not disappear once the report is signed off. Alert thresholds get tuned against real field conditions, findings are routed into the maintenance system your team already uses, and we revisit the strategy as the asset base changes.
